Rossini’s Playlist project
On the occasion of Pesaro’s year as Italian Capital of Culture, the Rossini Opera Festival has conceived the Rossini’s Playlist project. A year-long concert. The initiative, which won a call for proposals from the Ministry of Culture, has presented its entire operatic repertoire from the balcony of Gioachino Rossini’s home, in 39 performances, one for each of the operas. The concerts, held every Saturday at 6.30 p.m. from 24 February to 16 November 2024, were performed by former students of the Accademia Rossiniana ‘Alberto Zedda’.
